What problems is Martialytics solving and how is that benefiting you? New features are being added all the time, which is great. I feel that the Martialytics team really understand what is required to run a martial arts business. We have been using Martialytics for nearly 4 years now and I couldn't do without it. We spent a long time looking for the ideal system to help with the running of our martial arts school and we tested a few different systems. I'm so glad we decided on Martialytics, I don't know how we coped without it. I use it every day to track students attendance, payments, gradings, notes and events. We have 650 weekly students and the system copes perfectly.

The clean layout and ease of use for our members is amazing The layout and ease of use for our clients is amazing the feedback we have had has been brilliant, such a smooth running platform. Cant wait to use this to its full potential.

What do you like best about Martialytics? Allen was very thorough in his onboarding call with us and he was very helpful in answering any and all questions with honesty. The set up is so simple and user friendly. I am very excited to keep working with this company. What do you dislike about Martialytics? I can't think of anything based off of my current experience. They are a cost effective and user friendly software that really comes alongside the instructors to help make the computer work as easy as possible.

What do you like best about Martialytics? This is the fourth CRM program I’ve used, and as a primarily martial arts school, Martialytics truly hits the fundamentals. I use it daily, and I can confidently say that all the information for your school and business is right at your fingertips, ready to review and pull data. It offers a much-needed progression and grading system that previous CRM programs lacked. I’m so glad I found this software! The staff is always quick to respond to any questions, which makes an already easy-to-use system even better! What do you dislike about Martialytics? Honestly, I don't have any major complaints. If you're looking for a software solution specifically designed for martial arts that can track all the essentials, this is where you should start and end. What problems is Martialytics solving and how is that benefiting you? Martialytics solves the problems of attendance tracking and keeping track of rank progression. I no longer have to rely on self-made systems to track attendance. I can easily see when individuals are ready to progress.

What do you like best about Martialytics? Their platform is easy to use as an administrator and, as importantly, for the end user/student. It takes a ton of work off my plate and just makes it easy to do all the behind-the-scenes work. Setting up new students is a breeze and the student portal is amazing - probably one of the best out in the market. It is actually a feature of my school that I actively promote how students can have a 'dojo in their pocket' to supplement their regular training. The support team are great and you don't feel like just another ticket number when working with them to get help on a specific issue. This is clearly a platform designed by people who want to solve a problem they faced and they listen to customers about ongoing trends and new problems in the market that need solving. What do you dislike about Martialytics? I've first used Martialytics for over a decade now and even went to use another service for about a year before switching back. there are certainly some platforms that give greater reporting functionality but to be honest, it comes at a cost of end-user experience. What problems is Martialytics solving and how is that benefiting you? Martialytics takes the hassle out of all the admin work that comes with running a dojo. Things like tracking attendance, managing student details, handling payments, and staying on top of communication—it just makes it all easy. It saves me a ton of time, so I can focus more on teaching instead of getting bogged down in paperwork. The student portal is awesome too—students can track their progress, check schedules, and stay connected, which means fewer questions coming my way and more engaged students. Overall, it just makes running my dojo smoother and less stressful.

What do you like best about Martialytics? Martialytics are true to their word. If their customer service say they will get back to you in 24 hours, they will. In my experience, ussually within just a few. It is very easy to use and has a great number of features and they are growing all the time. What do you dislike about Martialytics? Sometimes the new features take a little time to come out but they are consistent. What problems is Martialytics solving and how is that benefiting you? I run a Martial Arts school with multiple locations and classes. It really is the main piece of software I use to manage all students, forms, registers and events etc

What do you like best about Martialytics? Martialytics is very intuitive and easy to use. It does everything simply and reduces the admin overhead of other systems we have used. What do you dislike about Martialytics? More canned reports would be good. Having said that, the downloadable text files with member details are good. What problems is Martialytics solving and how is that benefiting you? Direct debit using credit cards and bank accounts. Student records, gradings, syllabus.

What do you like best about Martialytics? Every function is an assest to running the club more smoothly and professionally. From the fee collection, to grading, to events, it all brings everything into one place. Customers can check in on their progress, book classes and events, and the added bonus of in app commuication is great. What do you dislike about Martialytics? I don't yet use the "lead" function, but if i ever need it, I'll know it will link in to everthing else I have. What problems is Martialytics solving and how is that benefiting you? This bring everything together in one place. I can run classes and events at a touch of button. I can communicate everything to my whole club or just a select group. I can update price plans and one off payments on the go, it just makes everything so much easier.

Helping me run 5 different martial arts clubs

What do you like best about Martialytics? The price is very reasonable and offer what I am looking for Gruber's Karate to make it easier for the students as well as the instructor. The owner's and sales team are very understanding as well as willing to help a small school out for a year to be able to afford it full price. First, I didn't remember what I did to add people for the app. Once I sent a message out, they were quick to respond. 2 of the parents of my students weren't able to get onto the app because of forgot the password. Brad quickly to respond to inform me what to do so they could have access to the app again. My students enjoys the check in process since it's only one step instead of 2 step process for check in. We are not utilizing everything that they offer but at some point I will be. The main thing at this moment is the check in and the app for students to have videos to practice at home. What else I liked is when I promote someone then I click on the name of student and it updates right away to the next rank level requirements as well as the promotion date. Can't stress the customer service is excellent and willing to work with small schools. What do you dislike about Martialytics? I have no complaints. Price is very reasonable on everything that I was looking for plus more. Owners / customer service is on top of the game and taken pride. What problems is Martialytics solving and how is that benefiting you? Benefiting me by with the sign in with the students quick and easy. Knowing when the students are on the app as well everything with the videos are in order easily for students to practice then being all over the place.

What do you like best about Martialytics? Martialytics has made payment, booking, and customer conversion/retention easy. Our cash flow has improved, our customers are happy with the system,, and we've been converting new customers with much more success. Their one-touch signups have been a huge boost to our business. What do you dislike about Martialytics? I'd like to be able to integrate the calendar onto my web site, What problems is Martialytics solving and how is that benefiting you? Martialytics helps me bill customers, track student progress, and communicate quickly . It is also an excellent way to get people registered and booked into class.

What do you like best about Martialytics? What is love the most is the pricing. Martialytics is truly a very effective tool. It definitely has more than I need and I love the pricing structure. I feel like it's the most fair on the market. Most of the other software companies are always trying to get a cut which I find a little unfair. What do you dislike about Martialytics? It's not that I dislike it, but it would be great if the widget options was easier to use. Because of the java coding, it takes a little more advanced user to be able to load it onto the website. Also, it would be great if I was able to customize the forms. Also maybe have a couple of options to add more information to a student's profile. What problems is Martialytics solving and how is that benefiting you? It's helping me collect payments on time without missing anything. If I didn't have this, I would have to invoice people and maybe chase them for payment. This is what makes martialytics so great and it also helps me to document student's attendance and progress.

What do you like best about Martialytics? Martialytics gives a great overview over everything thats going on. The software has a clear structure and is easy to use. The team was super helpful getting us started and helping us to import our customers. The form can be integrated nicely into the website. What do you dislike about Martialytics? Only minor point of critique so far is, that the schedule in the app and the integration on the website is only showing one day at a time, not a whole week. What do you like best about Martialytics? GUI interface looks professional. The app is easy to use for the client. What do you dislike about Martialytics? when pauing accounts I do not like that I can not put a pause date range in so the client automatically unpauses. What do you like best about Martialytics? The ease of use. Everything is clear and consise on what to do. Their customer support is also amazingly fast which was something that was a deciding factor for me. What do you dislike about Martialytics? It was a little tricky getting Stripe to connect, but I don't think that is an issue with this software, but more so Stripe. What problems is Martialytics solving and how is that benefiting you? Auto pay! No chasing money down. Also, attendance/belt tracking!

What do you like best about Martialytics? Martialytics has a very intuitive and modern design. It's very easy to set up and use. We use it daily to manage all sorts of data about our students, especially attendance, gradings and collecting tuition. We've made good use of the features they've added in recent years and our students love the portal. Brad, Glen and Fiona are always very helpful if ever we can't find something. What do you dislike about Martialytics? There are a few customisations I'd like to be able to make to the dashboard, method of checking in and send. but otherwise it's super solid. What problems is Martialytics solving and how is that benefiting you? Having a martial arts-focused software to manage our student database, collect payments from them and manage their progress.

What do you like best about Martialytics? I like so much about it, it is hard to choose just one thing. I like how I can track my attendance, student info, etc. The email feature is wonderful. What do you dislike about Martialytics? I personally don't have anything that sticks out to me as a downside or dislike. What problems is Martialytics solving and how is that benefiting you? I needed something to easily track my students rank, their attendance, their tuition payments etc. I got a whole lot more that I didn't have before.

What do you like best about Martialytics? There are many things I love about Martialytics. A couple of my favorites are the QR code feature for new students to sign up, we have been able to become paperless as a dojo because the waivers have also been integrated! This saves us time and money! I also love the booking widget feature, I am able to add my class calendar to my website. The way I utilize this is by making our community events publishable by widget only and my student classes are portal only. I also love the simplicity of the software, you do not need to go to 20 different menus to find what you are looking for. Customer service is always spot on too! What do you dislike about Martialytics? The only downside I have found is we are unable to make a link to sign up for specialty classes as a non student, but we have found a work around. Martialytics just solved a problem that we were facing with student transactions not showing up on the app. They fixed in within a week!! I know they are working on a way to enable texting in the USA, once they have that resolved Martialytics will have no competition!

What do you like best about Martialytics? Its easy to use and has all of the tracking I need along with process payment for a grreat price. Also the support is great and fast. What do you dislike about Martialytics? The fact that it does not have a mobile verson. What problems is Martialytics solving and how is that benefiting you? The service itself is really easy to use has a lot of helpful features to make life easier! What do you dislike about Martialytics? If I was being picky, there's a few more features that I would like (I've already voted for these). Having everything in one place when it come to organising my student base. It's made everything more streamlined and the amount of other services I would use has dropped.

What do you like best about Martialytics? Loads of useful features, and continuing product development. Very receptive to suggestions for improvements. Makes managing my students and taking payments a LOT easier than my previous manual system - the reconciliation of electronic payments alone is worth the money! What do you dislike about Martialytics? I can't really think of anything I dislike about Martialytics. Sure, there are some things I would like to be slightly different, but for an off-the-shelf product it is great, and there is plenty of adaptability. What problems is Martialytics solving and how is that benefiting you? Martialytics makes it much easier to setup payments from students, plus it does all of the reconciliation for you and flags up any failed payments. The ability to have a tablet in class, and students to tap their name/photo to sign into the class takes away the tedious need for keeping a manual register of attendance. Martialytics records grading history, and tracks attendance etc, plus shows when people are potentially eligible for gradings... this saves me having to manually sort through every student. Overall, Martialytics is a time saver, which is all important as running a martial arts club or business can be a big drain on family life, etc.

I've been using it for about a year and have only good things to say about it. What do you dislike about Martialytics? The user interface is easy to use, and you can track student ranks which is awesome! What problems is Martialytics solving and how is that benefiting you? Martialytics provides an easy way to create memberships, bill students, and keep track of student progress.

What do you like best about Martialytics? The system is exceptionally reliable and does exactly what it says it will each and evert time. The live chat help fuction is really good and the instructional videos are a good bonus too. They are open to feedback for future development too which is fantastic. Brad and the team are always exceptionally helpful. What do you dislike about Martialytics? I dont have anything i dislike, there are a few things which could work smoother and some features which could be developed. However, they are constantly developing and take feedback and suggestions onoard so i am confident that over time all of these small gaps will close. very happy so far. There isnt anything the system can't do which i need it to, it could just become more streamline and give some additional analytics which wuld make using it more efficient. (its already great, this is just being really picky). No problems as such to report.

What do you like best about Martialytics? Pretty user friendly with a nice interface. Good stats on dashboard. Like the Kiosk for student sign ins. Love one touch sign up. Decent pricing structure. Prompt support. What do you dislike about Martialytics? The email is a bit clunky. Not being able to see previous sent communications with someone. Not being able to resend to unopened respondants. Don't like not being able to group family members and link billing. Not being able to have parents names for kid students. What problems is Martialytics solving and how is that benefiting you? A more tailored solution for martial arts clubs as opposed to just using generic gym or fitness software. So tracking belt ranks and promotions is super relevant and handy. What do you like best about Martialytics? Martialytics is a clean, and streamlined product for almost all our daily needs. The interface is easy to use and needs very little explanation for our students and families. A major bonus is that it runs on every device you can imagine. Martialytics fits our major business needs without being astronomically expensive. The available features are powerful tools and help our team enjoy more time on the mat and less time working on the backend. Brad, Glen, & Fiona are always attentive and compassionate, especially when something isn't going quite right. We are grateful we found Martialytics and look forward to their continued innovation. What do you dislike about Martialytics? It would be nice if the back end had a bit more control. There is no way to require a card to be on file, but there is an option to change or take off cards completely. You can not take off or modify app-related screens. For example, turning on or off grading information or class attendance in the student portal. They are little things, and the team works to add features and functionality regularly. We utilize the software for; attendance, booking, billing, tracking grading, incoming leads, and sales tracking. It has helped us spend more time teaching and interacting and less time shuffling paperwork.

Any issues are addressed immediately and efficiently. Very affordable! What do you dislike about Martialytics? What do you like best about Martialytics? For me, Martialytics is a great pick because of its martial arts oriented style. It has a bunch of functionalities, such as tracking gradings, enabling self-check-ins, class attendance monitoring, and automatic billing, which all contribute to the improvement of the learning experience for our pupils and smooth-run business operations. What do you dislike about Martialytics? The lack of control in pausing and resuming payments through automated billing is a major inconvenience for me in Martialytics. On top of that, the software's inability to display prior emails to members and issues syncing with Stripe, along with limited flexibility in grading criteria, all draw my concern. We can now effortlessly track student progress and grades while offering self-check-ins for classes. This martial arts tool also simplifies our administrative tasks of automating billing so we can focus on teaching. I'd love to be able to login and see who is booked in for classes at night as I'm out and about with my phone only. What problems is Martialytics solving and how is that benefiting you? Class bookings and attendance are great for me.

What do you like best about Martialytics? The auto emails feature and cloud based CRM flexibility. Support team always come back quickly. What do you dislike about Martialytics? Some features are a little limited such as auto-texting and you can't promote students from one class to another, but very small things. What problems is Martialytics solving and how is that benefiting you? Auto emails, to save on my admin. Students can book a taster class via our website, which is much more direct. Can send bulk emails certain groups, which is very flexibile. Having all data/contacts stored online and not in a spreadsheet!

Focus shifted to more customer focus things (still good though) rather than some more critical club management functions such as extra emergency contact info fields and adjustments to one touch sign ups (although they are on the road map). Martialytics allows me to keep track of multiple members using various payment methods accross 2 locations.

I find the software very user friendly. Simple interface with all the essential tools to help with running a gym. Customer care is amazing, always very quick to return my messages and help resolve any issues.

What do you like best about Martialytics? Easy to setup and use. Easy to navigate. What do you dislike about Martialytics? I would to see the calander and attendance kioske tied together. If a person is in one day per week program then they can only reserve one class per week. What problems is Martialytics solving and how is that benefiting you? Reduced monthly cost.

What do you like best about Martialytics? Martialytics integrates with every aspect of running a martial arts group. From student management, booking classes, monitoring Gradings and signing up new students, Martialytics does it all. The new student app is excellent! What do you dislike about Martialytics? There isn't really anything to dislike. Brad & Glen don't release new features until they're fully tested. Perhaps the only thing that we'd like to see is being able to do more from each students record rather than having to go into a different tab, but it's not a major issue. We use Martialytics for running every aspect of the business, we use two pieces of software, Martialytics and an accounts package. That's it. Team members can log into the dashboard, this is really useful if you have multiple locations/instructors. Grading examiners can record notes against a students record and with the shop, instructors can process payments without having to set them up with card machines etc.

What do you like best about Martialytics? Customer service around the clock. The simplicity of the software and on top of all everything is in one place. You can send email to all your students. The dashboard gives you a synopsis of your business in one glance. The price is fantastic! What do you dislike about Martialytics? I am not very happy about the setup of the left-side menu bar of the student name. There is absolutely nothing wrong with it, but is not something that if find easy to use. Somehow, I find it awkward to use. But this is a personal preference. What problems is Martialytics solving and how is that benefiting you? This software takes care of my entire business from registering a student, scheduling, sending emails, charging bi-weekly, setting up payment plans and so on. This is a fantastic tool that makes life easy.

What do you like best about Martialytics? The statistics that the website offer, are very useful. We are a karate club that uses every single day Martialytics for the attendance and for other small things such as Elligibility for grading/examination. What do you dislike about Martialytics? The major downside is that it isn't optimized properly for phone users (especially iOS) and it doesn't have an app for iOS or Android for the Admin. Martialytics has everything you need to run in the background of your school, It really does take the admin off your hands. The back up and advice from the Martialytics team is always fast and to the point. I have been with them for almost 5 years and would not go anywhere else for School software
